Biography
Right sided midfielder and defender Watson spent October 1995 on loan at City to support youngster Adam Lowthorpe as he made his way in the City first team.
Liverpudlian Watson joined Grimsby Town as a youngster and spent his entire professional career at Blundell Park. A regular for many seasons, Watson succumbed to injuries in 1996 and went on to found and manage Cleethorpes Town for many years.
