1112 Jevon Mills

Biography

Tall centre back Jevon John Mills was born in Nottingham but came through the junior ranks at Hull City from the age of 13. He signed his first professional contract in October 2021 and made his first team debut a month later, coming on as an injury time substitute at Cardiff to repel a torrent of late long throw-ins. In late January 2022 he joined Scottish League One side Falkirk on a half season loan, making 6 appearances for The Bairns.

After an impressive pre-season for the Tigers, Jevon joined Conference National side Gateshead in August 2022 on a five month loan but an injury meant he was recalled in November 2022 after 8 appearances. In February 2023 he joined Solihull Moors, another Conference National side, on a two month loan that yielded 9 appearances.

In May 2023 Mills was awarded a new one year contract to remain at Hull City with an option of a further year. In February 2024 he joined League of Ireland side Bohemians and remained in Dublin for the duration of the 2024 season, scoring one goal (against Galway United) in 26 appearances. He returned to Hull City at the end of 2024 and saw out the 2024/25 season in City’s Under-23 squad.

In October 2021 Mills won two caps for Ireland under-19s against Sweden.
