Guinean international defender Zayatte joined the Tigers on loan after a trial at Newcastle United.  He is City's first player to hail from Guinea, having been born in West African peninsula and port city Conakry, the country's capital.  He holds French citizenship.  His debut - coincidentally at Newcastle - showed him to be a tall and powerful player with a nice touch.
