Snapped up by Joyce from Stoke City in order to lead City's march away from the foot of the league, tough-tackling Justin was a well respected centre back who proved a massive signing for the Tigers.  Justin was briefly on Celtic's books prior to joining Stoke, before which he served in the Army.  One of Joyce's finest signings, Justin was the rock around which the City team was based for four and a half seasons and was without doubt the City fans' favourite.
After being displaced by Marc Joseph mid-way through 2003-4 Justin was offered a one-year bit part role at City or a one-year first team place at Grimsby with a chance of second year.  At the age of 33 he wisely chose the first team option and left the KC with all City fans' best wishes ringing in his ears.

June 2008 - Justin leaves the football league and joins Harrogate Town.
March 2009 - joins North Ferriby United.
