Powerful defender with top flight experience in the English and Scottish leagues, Greg was brought in to form the foundation of City's 2002-3 promotion charge.  Soon lost his place to Justin Whittle after a petulant red card and three match ban.  Greg then failed to make an impression on new boss Peter Taylor as he recovered slowly from a broken elbow - amid rumours of dressing room fisticuffs he was loaned to Scunny, then put on the transfer list, then loaned to Bury.  After a season in the stiffs - including a game up front in which he bagged a hattrick - Greg joined Boston United in March 2004 where he occasionally played as striker.  In February 2005 he joined Livingston in a swap deal for Stephen Boyack, another ex-Tiger.
