A stocky and powerful forward, the £650,000 capture back in 2001 made his name at Bolton Wanderers after a prolific goalscoring record in Denmark that saw him pot 50 goals in three seasons during the early stages of his career.  An ankle injury led to much procrastination before he was signed on a two year deal, a month before he was forecast to regain full fitness.  His appearances during City's promotion season coincided with the side's best form, although he suffered a couple of injuries that limited his input.  In July 2008 he left the Tigers to return to his native Denmark.
