Pacy ball playing defender lured to the KC Stadium for some first team action, a welcome respite from the Scouse stiffs.  Had an impressive haul of goals during his time at City, all from set pieces.  During 2003-04 he was shot in the backside in a nightclub and joined Bolton on loan - eventful!
Eventually his chances ran out at Liverpool and in Summer 2005 he joined Rotherham United.  Months later he moved again to Crewe where he spent one and a half impressive seasons before returning to the second tier with Norwich City.  Two and a half seasons at Carrow Road later, he joined Southampton where he stayed for only six months before signing for Sheffield Wednesday.
