Comment
After failing to make the grade with his home town club, Paul carved out a sound reputation at Scunthorpe and Port Vale that pinnacled with twin 1992-93 Wembley appearances in the Play- Off final (lost) and Autoglass Trophy (won).  Released from Vale Park during the summer of 2000, he ended up at Hull via Hillsborough.   Musselwhite was a regular foundation stone of the City defence for 3 seasons, an excellent stopper and an unrivalled poucher of crosses.  Was deposed for a time by Matt Glennon as City's first choice in the nets, then competed for the No. 1 shirt with the returning Alan Fettis.  Eventually the signing of Boaz Myhill and the end of Mussy's contract saw him leave the Tigers in Summer 2004 to re-join Scunthorpe.
May 2006 - joins Eastleigh
November 2006 - Kettering Town
In January 2007 Mussy unexpectedly returned to League action re-signing for Port Vale on a short term deal.
July 2007 - joined Harrogate Town
November 2007 - joined Gateshead.
In the Summer of 2009 Mussy finally gave up the playing side and was appointed goalkeeping coach at Lincoln City, for whom he was also reserve goalkeeper.  He made a substitute appearance in October 2010 at the venerable age of 41.  He joined Conference side York City in June 2011.
