Ticket request - HCSS members can fill out the form below and click submit to request tickets through HCSS.  Only paid up HCSS members can apply through this method, any orders received from non-members will be discarded.

You will be advised if your application is successful (we will receive more orders than we have tickets for certain games this season).  If you are successful, you will be given instructions on how to pay for your ticket, failure to pay within the deadline will mean that your ticket will be redistributed to another HCSS member. 

A service charge will be added to the ticket cover price to allow for administrative costs.

Please complete your personal details.

Name of person the ticket is for (must be a current HCSS member)
Address	Please include an address even if you intend to collect tickets in the pre-match pub, in case of difficulties.
Post Code	This will be used to validate your membership.
Mobile Telephone Contact	This will be used only in the event of problem with ticket distribution on matchday.
Email Address	Please ensure the email address is spelt correctly, or we will be unable to confirm your order and you may not receive tickets.

Please include all details for individual ticket that you require.  If ordering multiple tickets you will need to submit each individual order separately.

Choose how you would like to receive the ticket	In the HCSS pre-match pub?  By post?

>>> Step 3 - Submit These Details

Clicking the submit button below will commit you to purchasing a ticket at a later date.  You will be advised by email when and how you can pay for your ticket.  If you fail to pay for your ticket during the allocated payment period then your application will be removed and ticket redistributed to another member.

On clicking submit an email will be sent to the Ticket Organiser with a copy sent to you (using the email address above) to confirm that your details have been received and processed - check your email spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes (this is an issue especially for web-based email systems like Googlemail and Hotmail).  If you receive nothing after an hour or so then contact the Ticket Organiser for advice.
