HCSS Constitution - HCSS has adopted a new constitution to guide the work of the committee and provide information to members about how the organisation works.

On Thursday 10th December 2009 an Emergency General Meeting open to all HCSS members considered the first draft of a constitution for the association.  Following amendment this constitution was formally adopted by HCSS at the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 15th July 2010.

The adoption of a constitution is important in order to formalise the rules and regulations that govern the work of the committee on behalf of the members.  Having a consitution also provides a framework for committee members to follow should problems arise in the future.
