 Highly rated centre back signed on loan from Cardiff City to help shore up City's Championship defence.  Anthony is a cousin of DJ-punching England star Steven Gerrard, starting his career at Everton (from where he had a brief loan spell at non-league Accrington Stanley) and made his name at Walsall before a successful season in the Cardiff first team that culminated in play-off failure at the hands of Blackpool.
