Nick Deacy was a powerful signal of the Tigers' decline in the early 80s.  Despite international honours for Wales and a high rolling career in Holland amongst that country's star internationals of the day (he won Dutch championship medals for PSV in 1975-76 and 1977-78), he was a poor player and did little of note during his sojourn at Boothferry Park.
