At the end of a long and fruitful career during which he rippled the net at all levels, Davison came to City to attempt, and fail, to shore up City's flagging Division Two status.  He scored goals, but put in little effort.  Until recently he managed ex-Tigers haven Guiseley.  Now Davison is a scout for Derby County.
