Fiery and powerful, Cousin's reputation at Glasgow Rangers was an aggressive, sometimes lazy but occasionally brilliant forward.  Time will tell which attribute features most in his time at the KC Stadium.  Born in Gabon but with French nationality, Cousin's career was built during ten seasons at French sides Martigues, Niort, Le Mans and Lens before he joined Rangers in July 2007.  He featured heavily in their extended Champions League and UEFA Cup campaign that season, being embarrassingly red carded in their final game against Fiorentina.  He did rattle in a few goals against the non-League standard likes of Gretna and St Mirren, mind.
