Slightly built but deceptively strong front man brought in for a three month loan spell to add power to City's Championship attack.  After a promising start Brown's form soon descended rapidly into the half-hearted category and he rarely posed a goal threat.  His loan was terminated in late November two weeks early, to general indifference amongst City fans.
Brown went on to star as cameraman in an infamous Youtube "roasting" video clip before being offloaded to Norwich City in January 2007.  He made little impact at the Canaries and joined Preston in January 2008, where he spent two years on the periphery before joining hometown club Doncaster in 2011 on Preston's relegation to League 1.
