Gifted Irish wideman Brady joined a number of his Manchester United reserve colleagues at the KC when he signed on loan for six months in July 2011, later extended to a full season loan.  He made an immediate impact with a screaming 25 yard goal against Liverpool in a pre-season knockabout and after a difficult time when his youthful judgements were questionable, he settled into an effective role "in the hole".
