Cockney diamond netminder who joined City on a "Bosman" after a couple of seasons as second string at Ipswich, prior to which he maintained a good reputation at several lower League clubs.  After a promising start Lee featured in two bizarre sending-off incidents and was quickly dropped.  He had a chance to re-establish himself under Brian Little, but the signing of Paul Musselwhite saw the end of Lee's chances and he was freed in the summer of 2001.  Now plies the non-League scene alongside a new career as a police officer.
