Parisian born Tunisian international midfielder Belaid started his career at Inter Milan but had drifted to Slavia Prague before being snapped up by the Tigers on a free in January 2011.  Good reputation, much promise. He came up short, and was released in Summer 2011, joining Cypriot side APOEL Nicosia.
