Young goalkeeper drafted from the juniors to sit on the first team bench during February 2006 while Sergio Leite recovered from a fractured arm and Matt Duke completed a month's loan at Wycombe.  Curtis then enjoyed loan spells at non-League sides in order to learn his trade before joining one of them - Farsley Celtic - permanently in January 2008.

July 2007 - joined Harrogate Town on loan
December 2007 - joined Boston United on loan
January 2008 - joined Farsley Celtic.
